The Village of the Arts is open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday 11-4pm.  I am at the studio every Saturday and the 1st Sunday of the month.  I use this time to work on new pieces and techniques.  You are welcomed to join me in the studio on these days.  For $15 you have access to the studio, tools, hot pot and my guidance.  Any supplies, such as beads, components or clay will have to be purchased.  While I am not a full service bead shop, I do carry an extensive collection of beads and gemstones and do sell basic components and silver accents.  If you want access to the kiln, you will need to schedule ahead of time and there will be an additional $15 charge. You are free to bring your own supplies!  If you would like to join me on a Sunday when the village is closed, it is best to give me a quick phone call to make sure I am going to be there, or if you are already in the neighborhood, stop on in if you see the gate is open!  941-718-0114 or check the site.

2/12/12: Beads and Brunch  10:00 - 2:00pm (Reservations Required)  $30 for a jewelry project and brunch with mimosa!
Begin your day at Blue Room Studios where you will design a jewelry project sure to satisfy all skill levels.  Then stroll on over to Charisma Cafe for a delightful brunch and complimentary mimosa!  Brunch is served until 3:30pm.  Heck, come on back to the studio after brunch and make another project for a friend for an additional $20! 2/17/12: Path to Power 6:30-8:00pm (Reservations Requires) $35 for a starlit tour through the Dancing Crane Garden where you will learn the power of stones and your personal connection to them.  You will have the opportuntuy to make your own Power Bracelet from the stones that speak to you.  Light refreshments served.

So many of you out there give of yourself each year to various worthy causes such as the Breast Cancer Awareness 3-Day and the American Heart Association Heart Walk, Blue Room Studios would like to help you with your fundraising efforts.  If you and your team would like to make awareness bracelets, Blue Room Studios will provide all of the materials at cost along with Studio Time and instruction.
