The wait and anticipation was all worth it!  The event was a success.  FIve very colorful artists created a very Arts Alive atmosphere.  The cypress stump glamorized with orchids  and gemstones illuminated with flickering candle light and gold filtered lighting surrounded by a bed of black river rock was absolutely stunning!  Thank you Mary Hunter!  My black and white hand and jewelry photos were arranged gridstyle and spotlit and were sophisticated and absolutely eyecatching!  Thank you Stephen Vessenmeyer!  The Village of the Arts gift bags were a huge hit stuffed with giftcards, framed art and dancing cranes and of course every business card and piece of VOTA literate as possible.  Blinding blue afire with orange tissue paper and adorned with colorful VOTA rack cards...folks wanted to bid on the bags!!!  Thank you Villagers!  Guests were taking rack cards and Village books already planning their first visit to the village.  I have received emails from happy customers already thanking me for their gift bags.  One woman is a cat lover and was thrilled to receive cat notecards from the Dancing Crane!  Another woman affiliated with a St. Pete Art Center plans to bring 20 woman to the village via bus and shop and dine.  She plans to coordinate lunch with Kim at Cafe Charisma.  I also spoke with a woman connected with the Chi Chi Rodriguez Foundation and told her about out Putt Putt plans and she has offered to donate prizes!  Unbelievable.  Thank you all for your support, donations and well wishes!
